Latifat Balogun
Latifat Balogun is a seasoned entrepreneur with about three-decades experience that spans banking and entrepreneurship. She is the founder/CEO of Hatlab Ice Cream Delite, a top gelato business in Nigeria with corporate headquarters in Abuja.
Latifat is a graduate of the University of Lagos, an alumnus of the EDC, Pan Atlantic University and Business School Netherlands. She has attended various business development programs, including the Emyth Mastery Impact Program and was one of the 69 women selected to participate in the 2016/2017 Vital Voices Grow Fellowship program.
As a business leader, she continually seeks the potential in people and influences them to attain both their career and business goals. Leveraging on her background in banking and doing business, she has positioned herself and her company as a channel to help people grow and positively influence society.
She is a recipient of several awards including the BID International Star for Leadership in Quality Award, 2014 in Paris and sits on several boards including the Afrigrowth foundation.
